  1. Hi Clark! Very beautiful photos you have going on here. The setting/landscape you chose to shoot from is such a great choice because of its natural beauty. The fourth and fifth photos are my favorite. I like the perspective of the porch and how long we see it is. The fifth photograph is just a great shot of the landscape. The grass and sky are so vibrant and almost compete with one another for attention. The first photo is a nice shot because of the perspective of taking a downward photo. These photos definitely captured a pretty summer day. The lighting worked in your favor as it enlightened all of the scenery. Your last photo is a cool shot of a ball in motion and in extreme focus. I think you definitely completed the assignment in this series. Great job!

  2. Good Day Clark. Your photos are a greatcollection of landscape as well as subject matter, that stays within the narrative of the country side. The landscaping shot of the tree on the hill is beautiful picture. I like how you can see the slant in the hill from your vantage point. I love the photo of the house, because you can see the wrap around porch, which is a favorite of mine. The narrative to me shows good friends enjoying a beautiful house, with beautiful landscapes, while enjoying a beautiful day! The photo of the hammock gives me the feeling that I am laying there enjoying the view. You did a great job!

  3. Hi Clark,

Wherever this is is a place out of time. your landscapes are stunning. Compositionally I think the photo of the hills with the tree and the photo of the porch that goes back are the strongest. The content of all of these are so quaint and really capture a timeless innocence of summer. Content wise really neat shot of the bull so cool to sing the ring in his nose! Wherever this place is, you captured it as a piece of paradise. The landscape with the tree is exceptional. the clouds are picture perfect, floating across the blue sky. Really a wonderful and beautiful place. nicely done

  4. Hey Clark. Very nice photos.
The settings here are great. Very much into the wild for an event it seems or some far away land. You really get a sense for relaxation. My favorite picture has to be the cattle by the stone. It adds a great element of nature to the series. The pictures of the people do a great job of capturing joy and happiness. Great job

  5. Hi Clarke,

These photos are very beautiful. I like the at home feel they all give, everyone in the first, second, third and seventh photo looking completely comfortable. Even the cows in the sixth photo look like they are having a nice relaxed day. I especially like the DOF in the fifth and sixth photos, they give a great view of the land and your home.
That last photo is very interesting, and I like how you caught the subject just as it was falling. I would have liked to seen the subject be a little more clear, being I'm not sure what it is ( a golf ball, maybe ?).
Overall, you did a great job in completing this weeks assignment. These photos are very beautiful and create a wonderful narrative of a pretty summer day. I'm glad I got to see these photos and all of the other photos you have shown in this semester.
